fighting/injury Yep. Tony can't beat secret agents/your usual RPG party fighters/super skilled anime warriors/etc in a hand-to-hand fight with no tech ftr. Good chance it might not be much of a fight.

Later Fisk's responsibility was revealed -Fisk escaped police custody but was subdued by the man in the mask, now in a devil costume -The papers call the vigilante "Daredevil" -Daredevil was active for the rest of the year but disappeared sometime around November/December -Daredevil's identity is still a mystery to the public.
