-Born and lives in New York City on the West side, Hell's Kitchen
-Son of Jack Murdock, pro-boxer, lost most matches but always standing at the end
-Jack died via homicide, shot close range, killer never arrested
-Graduated from Columbia Law School
-Practicing defense attorney, self-employed
-Previous partner named Franklin Nelson
-Caused a stir successfully making a case against Wilson Fisk, revealing his connections to known criminal organizations, property scams, illegal investment activity, violence/hits/murder, organizing a terrorist attack, and corruption in the NYPD and local government including a state senator. A big deal since many thought Fisk was going to be the man to turn things around in Hell's Kitchen. An impressive feat for a very small, very new legal firm.
-The Nelson and Murdock law firm represented Frank Castle aka The Punisher in court. Castle was found guilty.
-Won a law suit against big business in the past. Client was a family whose son had lost the use of his legs due to an accident at a station. (The mortar was ineffective so most likely a structure collapsed on the boy.)
On the Daredevil side of things...
-Hell's Kitchen suffers from high crime rates, including organized crime and problems like drugs and human trafficking
-In early 2015 rumors began to spread about a man in a black mask attacking criminals
-Video was captured of the man in the mask fighting off some cops that tried to arrest him
-The papers dubbed him "The Devil of Hell's Kitchen"
-The Devil was suspected of terrorist activity due to his presence near the site of multiple warehouse bombings and the murder of multiple police officers. Later Fisk's responsibility was revealed
-Fisk escaped police custody but was subdued by the man in the mask, now in a devil costume
-The papers call the vigilante "Daredevil"
-Daredevil was active for the rest of the year but disappeared sometime around November/December
-Daredevil's identity is still a mystery to the public.

-Book of Matthew 15:11 "What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them" That's right. His username is a stupid Bible reference joke on the whole No Talking thing.
