[TQP] The Marvels Permissions Post

Tony has F.R.I.D.A.Y. back and while she doesn't have access to the MCU internet, she comes with formidable stored data. Newspaper archives, wikipedia pages, news videos, government files, etc. All sorts of crazy stuff. Tony may or may not share this information (and files) with others. Hence this post! If your character is Marvel, but not MCU also feel free to fill this out in the event there are some overlaps (ie Maria Hill is a SHIELD operative in both the comics and MCU; if you wouldn't want Tony sharing he knows Maria Hill has spy skills let me know, etc).

(Or alternatively what can't he share, whatev's the shorter list). Keep in mind F.R.I.D.A.Y. has newspapers, etc on file so please do specify if sharing articles, videos, etc is alright or no go. As a rule Tony won't share unlawful/illegal activities or secret identities 9 times out of 10, but still do give me your rules on that (even if it's a “talk to me first”) to make sure nothing gets shared you don't want to be shared. <b>Tech Requests:</b> Tony will blanket help Marvel folks with replacing tech or quieting tech. If your character is a villain he might need some sort of assurance they won't turn on the community first, but he's still here to help. <b>Anything else:</b> Anything else I've missed idk

Character: Bucky Barnes (lednikovyy)
IC Knowledge: Anything he's learned and anything that would have been published about Bucky Barnes after his "death" (oldest of four children, tortured by HYDRA during the war, etc. smithsonian write-up here). Anything that he would have had access to about the Winter Soldier is fine, too, but it's probably not much unless he has HYDRA files.
IC Sharing: Talk to me first for anything about Bucky's brain conditioning nonsense, because I have some plans for it and don't want it fixed before I can do some stuff with it. Otherwise if it's IC for him to share it, it's cool.
Tech Requests: Bucky's not asking any time soon.
Anything else: So they're besties now, right? :)
